TAMIYA 2015 ?

As in the previous years

a) which products do you think Tamiya could release this year (static, RC, mini, anything else) and

b) which products would you personally like to be released (regardless of if their chances are realistic)?

    I would love to see tamiya re-release the monster beetle, the falcon, top force evolution and the Porsche 959.
    Perhaps also do a re-re-release of the thundershot, top force&dyna storm 🙂

    – Ford GT40

    – Any group B rally car from the 80’s 🙂 styrene body though, def not polycarbonate.

    and for Willy…some sort of hot rod. WR02 chassis with regular road wheels, maybe a Model A body or even a Ford Pop sit up and beg body…something old school!

    Mr.Tamiya has done a great job so far by re-releasing the fabulous kits from the 70’s and 80’s. I can smell something good is comming up the next few years… .

    I think a re-release of the original “Toyota 4×4” should be a hoot!
    Followed by the “Blazing Blazer” in the few next years.
    Another quick money making re-release would be the “Ford Ranger Xlt 150”. Every part of this kit is allready out there, just put it alltogether in a box and ship it :-))
    As extra I would like to see a “Jeep Wrangler Unlimited” made by Tamiya, as a crawler or as off roader.

    So this is my whish list for 2015:

    -Toyota 4×4.
    -Blazing Blazer.
    -Ford Ranger Xlt 150.
    -Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

    a Mercedes-Benz 280GE 2-door wagon done up in
    the cartoonish, short wheelbase style, (Like the old 1980’s mini 4WD version) But make it just a normal hard-top.

    What I want Tamiya do for 2015 ?

    – Release Hop-Up option parts for the TA02, like the roll bar (#53189), and the tie-rod set.
    – Design a slipper clutch for the DT-02 (why not ?).
    – Re-release the Super Astute.
    – A new paint for polycarbonate body (PS), the same color as the Racing White TS7, but “PS” version.

    I wonder if Tamiya would take over from YELLOW AIRCRAFT and make a flying jet model 1/8 scale twin ramtec fan jet engine /ducted fan fighter.

    Fully operational, scale retracts, drop tank, missiles (estes), M134 cannon -cockpit the full works as you could get from YELLOW AIRCRAFT.

    Maybe something to consider ??

    TAMIYA 1/8 SCALE RADIO CONTROLLED FIGHTER JET SERIES.

    Hi,

    I believe it is about time to update/revise the Super FM chassis from the mini race series. There are several opinions would love to have as below. Hope this all will come true within 2015. Thank you so much!

    1) Strengthening/harden the chassis by using high density ABS prastics;

    2) More bodies selection(Hard/Clear body);

    3) Would be nice to have 3.7:1 gear ratio for gearbox;

    4) More expensions for installation of modern FRP/Carbon fiber front and rear stays/plates;

    5) More aerodynamically design for modern technical tracks;

    6) Can have/allow for bearing installation at Propeller shaft
