In traditional Tamiya terminology when a new RC car is made and the name is created by adding the word “Super” to the name of an earlier famous RC car (eg. Buggy Champ -> Super Champ, Hotshot -> Supershot [Super Hotshot], Astute -> Super Astute, Clod Buster -> Super Clod Buster, etc), usually the new car is technically an advancement or improved version of, or at least not being inferior to, the earlier car…. but this seems not the case with this “Super Avante” and the original “Avante”, can’t really feel this Super Avante is worthy of bearing the word “Super” with the legendary name “Avante” :-/
