More Awards for Tamiya
The results of the latest Modell des Jahres (Model of the Year) contest have been announced by German magazine Modell Fan! Tamiya is delighted to report that three of our models – 1/35 British Cruiser Tank A34 Comet, 1/48 Lockheed Martin F-35A LightningII and 1/12 Ducati Superleggera V4 – were honored with the awards, which are chosen by the magazine’s staff and readership.
This great news follows German scale and R/C auto model magazine Modell-Fahrzeug honoring Tamiya with the 2022 R/C Premium Brand award, for the 13th year in a row.

- Modell Fan (a German magazine specializing in scale models) selected Tamiya products as “Modell des Jahres (Model of the Year)” again this year, and received an award commemorative medal.

- Three Tamiya scale models, including the 1/12 Ducati Superleggera V4, won the “Modell des Jahres (Model of the Year) 2023” award.

- Received the Premium Brand 2022 (Top Brand Award) selected by Modell-Fahrzeug (German miniature model magazine ) for the 13th consecutive year.
