I was at Silverstone that weekend – and apparently I was on target for the quickest time with the RC cars until my very own daughter took me out! Not that I am bitter…
Anyway, I believe that the bodies are custom made for the corporate sponsor. There was a similar outfit at a touring car meeting I went to a long time ago (I expect the organisers are either the same group or very closely linked) and I had good chat with them. They were running cars that matched the field at the time (Vectras or something like that) which you couldn’t actually buy, but they looked the part for the crowds.
