TAMIYA is considering purchasing land from landowners

It has been revealed that Tamiya, a plastic model manufacturer, is considering purchasing land in connection with the redevelopment of the area around the Tomei Kunozan Smart Interchange in Shizuoka City.

In the Miyagawa and Mizukami districts surrounding the Kunozan Smart Interchange, developers and landowners are in discussions regarding redevelopment, including the possibility of attracting a warehouse-style Costco store.

According to sources, it has been learned that Tamiya, a plastic model manufacturer, plans to purchase approximately 26,100 square meters of land in this area. The land readjustment association provided explanations to landowners on the 28th and 29th.
