Updated Tamiya 12032 1/12 Honda RA273 (w/Photo-Etched Parts)

Tamiya presents an updated reissue of item 12032 1/12 Honda RA273 (with photo-etched parts) (sold in 2015) with an updated instruction manual (instructions for painting the tire engravings have been added), packaging, and a newly added double-sided A3 brochure with photos of the full-size car.
Honda’s history in Formula 1 began when the company took the bold step of creating its own racing car, developing its own engine, and entering an official team in the 1964 season. New regulations specifying 3-liter engines in 1966 forced Honda to design a new car, the RA273. John Surtees replaced Richie Ginther as Honda’s lead driver in 1967, and an improved car showed promise by finishing third in the South African Grand Prix.
