Any information on the Avante motor?
It looks like having timings and an endbell pretty similiar to the original Technigold. Since it is controlled by a TEU-302BK, I would guess it is a 23T motor.
What about the Stadium Bliter re-release? Original chassis or DT-02?

I had expected the new motor to be based on the great Super Stock series (which are also 23T), which I since years call “modern Technigolds” with their great torque and efficiency.
The Stadium Blitzer seems on first photos to be on original chassis but in few days we will know more.

Looking closely at the pics, the Avante has a new practice bumper, molded to blend with the main bumper. The suspension connecting rods appear black in colour. Are these titanium or steel? The aluminium rods were previously fragile and easily deformed.

Could be blackened steel, like the rear molded-in longitudinal suspension arm pins of the original, and surely also the re-release. The
colour is a bit strange though, but could of course be the photo quality.

I just saw a presentation video on hobbymedia.it of the Avante and below a set of yellow 12mm hex wheels on the stand was a set of what seems to look like slick tires. Can anybody confirm that?
Or is it just some sort of minipin off road tires that looks like slick tires on a distance?

Its really hard to tell, but on some frames in full screen they seem to be mini-pin.

@Admin: mini-pin tires makes sense 😉

Any ideas when Tamiya will release more details from the Fair, and the Avante in paticular, on there website?
