Guesses and wishes for Tamiya 2009 releases

Which products do you think Tamiya could release this year (static, RC, mini, anything) and which products would you personally like to be released (regardless of if their chances are realistic)?

Feel free to use the comments link at the end of this entry (comments are shown after checking which can take some hours).

I already have the F-350. But still strongly want the Mountaineer.

Because the chassis construction, details, size of driving chain… of F-350 is not good enough.

If Mountaineer re release, MUST BUY !

I would love to see in 1/350 scale the following, and be either waterline or full hull in one model.
    Shinnano
    Yamato as lauched
    Fuso
Finally some world war one ships

Does anyone know where I can get a PORSCHE 959 1/10 body. Buggy chassis or regular? I found one site but it costs about 100 pounds, meaning about 180 USD just for the frame. Ouch. Please let me know!

hello all. i want to buy an rc model, perhaps a super sabre or super shot. i still have some from years ago, boomerang, fox, lunchbox. I was wondering if any of you could give me your advice on which models are the best, and which to avoid. i have considered the re-released boomerang, but really id like something with better performance. hope someone can help! thanks, jj.

Well, all those vintage cars perform quite similar, if you want quite superior performance you should consider a modern Tamiya buggy, like DT-02 (2WD) or DF-03 and DB-01 (4WD).
